Sodhana Chikilsa (Purification Therapy)

Sodhana Chikilsa involves the elimination of toxic by-products formed in the body through various therapeutic processes. By experiencing the five procedures involved in the treatment, known as Pancha Karma, the normal tendency is brought back to the system and equilibrium is achieved.

Shamana Chikilsa (Alleviating Therapy)

This treatment is done after Sodhana Chikilsa and includes the usage of herbal medicines, both externally and internally and thus re-establishing normality without removal.
